Your time with us is precious and so you can make the most of every moment, here are some helpful hints on how to make your spa visit an unforgettable experience.
We are open from 8am and located in The Club building. Your arrival time will be confirmed at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise. We advise you to arrive for your first appointment 30 minutes ahead of time to allow you to complete your health questionnaire and relax. If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened, and the same treatment price will apply. Your treatment time also includes a one-to-one consultation and aftercare advice. To make the most of your experience, you are welcome to take time to unwind in the relaxation areas before or after your treatment.
Please ensure that you bring any vouchers with you that you intend to use as payment for your spa day. If you do not bring the vouchers, you may be asked for an alternative method of payment to settle your account which will be refunded once the vouchers have been received.
There will be no charge for any reservations cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, any deposits paid will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be charged. Please kindly note, we are a cashless resort.
We recommend that you book all treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.
Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. If you are using a voucher, the reference number(s) must be provided.
What to Bring
A robe, towel and flip flops will be provided. You simply need to bring appropriate swimwear; any fitness wear you require and personal toiletries. Hairdryers and straighteners are provided.
Health
On arrival for your spa day or treatment you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. It is important for us to know if you are pregnant or have undergone recent surgery. We also need to know about any other medical issues that may affect the suitability areas of your chosen treatments, such as heart problems, cancer, varicose veins or allergies. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure that your treatment is suitable for you. Our expert team will be happy to provide advice if you are unsure.
Thermal Suite Etiquette
We don’t allow guests to reserve loungers and seating for prolonged periods. We ask that all towels, robes and belongings are taken with you. A member of staff may remove any belongings found reserving loungers for more than 30 minutes. Taking pictures in these areas is not permitted.
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to peace and quiet by refraining from the use of all mobile devices in the relaxation rooms. A member of staff may ask you to refrain from using these.
Food and beverages will be available in Cafe Ash or Nicos restaurant during your visit and these must be paid for at reception when you check out. Enjoy 20% off your food bill when dining at Waterside restaurant from 5pm - 7pm, on the day of your Spa.
We recommend that all valuables are kept safe in the locker provided or left at home. Lion Quays cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings. Any lost property found will be kept for 1 month. Any liquids, undergarments or swimwear will be kept for no longer than a week.
We advise departure within 30 minutes of the spa closing time, allowing enough time to shower, dress and gather your belongings.

Schedule Times - Spa Days While booking, you will be given the opportunity to select your preferred treatment time. However, please note that this is a desired timeslot, not a guaranteed one. While we always aim to accommodate your preferences, our scheduling is carefully managed to align with the overall business demand of the spa. Rest assured, we will aim to consider your chosen time within your allocated experience. Your experience is important to us, and we strive to provide the best possible care and flexibility.
Schedule Times - Treatments Only We politely ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their treatment time to complete all relevant paperwork/consultations. Any guests who arrive later than their allocated treatment slot, will risk the treatment length being cut.
